I seem to remember Casey threw more than his fair share for a guy off his stature, he dumped more than a few guys on their butt when they were not expecting him to be physical.
One was what 5'8" at best the other 6'2" and probably 30/40lbs heavier.
he probably did but my point was more haines wasnt remembered for being a renowned hitter, so why should stockton be? I literally dont care if hes 6ft 2 because he has the skill set of 5ft 8 player, granted maybe not the skating ability but just because he has height doesnt mean he has to be physical.
Stockton is a great player! Maybe a huge risk with the amount of minutes he'll play but so be it. Great in the face off dot, best one timer in the league and probably our best penalty killer the past two seasons. Considering he made gunn and finucci look good at the start of last season, id say he he has something about him.
Seems to be like as in could be a similar type of player and signed under the radar yet turn out to be a very good player in this league.
Smooth skater with potential to run the powerplay. Big body and strong in his own end. A NCAA Div 1 team captain. On a rapid city team that leaked a lot of goals he was only -2 (not a fan of plus minus but it is an indicator) he was one of their top 4 D men in games played.
Could he turn out to be a complete bust, sure but looking at his career so far and the details you can see about him and the type of player he his he reminded me off Matt.
Not really sure why that's an issue for you tbh?
i was just curious for your opinion, not looking for an argument mate so you can stay calm.
