got to think as well the giants will up the physical stuff a few notches this weekend to make sure they beat us
Certainly what I would do if I were a coach who's team were going to play the Flyers, hammer down right from the start of the game.
We must keep the game tight and under control in Belfast to have any hope of progressing through this tie. Tough ask, gotta come back to FIA two or three goals down at worst. With this Flyers team anything is possible dependant on which one turns up.

I believe that both Todd and our imports are culpable for the poos season we have had.
Todd is too nice to be hockey coach he can't handle the big ego's and personalities of the imports, how many of them over the years should have been benched or gassed?. Different if your a wee local laddie heve at them in the press and sit them on the bench for the season. We need a new coach, but please not Hutchy.
As for our choice of imports in six years we have never got it right. Six years of trying to find the right blend and right group of professional guys who can take us to the next level. Six years of failure, six years of seemingly never ending stories of guys not turning up, unless its for the pre game drinking sessions down the town. Six years of many of the imports treating Fife like a holiday camp.

Todd;s interview is like watching Groundhog Day. Blah blah blah blah blah choices, blah blah blah blah blah players not turning up, blah blah blah How many more interviews do we need to watch from a coach who obviously can't motivate and keep motivated a bunch of chancers that masquerade as hockey players. We need a more forceful coach one who is gonna kick some ass and maybe show some emotion during a game. Taxi for Dutaime, and the majority of this seasons squad.
We can forget our chances in the play offs coughing up seven goals on home ice to a team below us. Poor performance tonight - the difference was motivation.
I had a feeling that we would lose tonight. Stars needed the points, we can't perform against teams in our conference only seeming to rise to the challenge against teams that are stronger than us. I suppose we had nothing to play for in this game, or tomorrow night, but as you say stirling shipping 7 goals at home is pathetic.

I just can't see the Giants beating the Devils twice over two nights in Cardiff so I would guess it will be Belfast we match up against.
If our home game is on the Sunday I'm scooshed, travelling for work the next day up past Inverness, hope the B&B has a good wi-fi!
It's been an extremely frustrating and disappointing season so far but on any given night I think we can compete with and beat any team in the league, maybe even thrash them. Keep it tight in Belfast and have a run at them in Kirkcaldy. Go Flyers!
We have no information to share on this at this time. When we have something to announce, we will do so in due course. Thank you
It really is pathetic isn't it?
The climax to our hockey season, virtually a certain sell out every year, you would think that at the very least they could offer a webcast of the games. It can't be that hard because even we manage that!

I live on the other side of the country now so season ticket is out of the question for me as I can only manage a few games a season now. My friends who are season ticket holders are "scunnered" by Flyers performances under Todd and have told me that for the first time in many years they will not be renewing theirs.

Who would be a referee its a thankless task one in which your on a loser no matter which way you call it as one set of fans is gonna be questioning your decisions. £300 quid an EIHL game sounds about the right number for me.

Finished 6-1 to the Devils.
Their goalie played a blinder and kept us at bay, having said that I think Cardiff would still have won even if we had scored a few more goals. They are more than a bit better than we are in virtually every department.
